We engineer the systems your business runs on.
Antariksh Labs is a software studio in Surat. We design, build, and run the CRMs, ERPs, apps, and infrastructure that keep growing companies moving — so you can get on with the business instead of babysitting the plumbing.

02 — How we work
From first call to long-term operations.
Every engagement moves through the same four phases. Each one ends with something real in your hands, not just a status update.
- 01
Discover
We sit down with the people who’ll live in this system every day, learn how things work now, and get clear on where you actually want to end up.
You get — Scoped roadmap & fixed quote
- 02
Architect
Data models, system design, screens, and the tech we’ll use — all worked out and walked through with you in plain language before anyone writes code.
You get — Blueprint + clickable prototype
- 03
Build
We work in weekly sprints and show you a working staging link every Friday. No going quiet for months — you watch the thing come together as it happens.
You get — Tested, documented production release
- 04
Operate
Monitoring, a real support agreement, and a roadmap we share with you. We run what we build — tuning it, patching it, and making it better while it’s live.
You get — A system that keeps getting better
03 — Why we exist
Most businesses run on a patchwork of tools held together by spreadsheets and habit. We replace that fragility with software built for how you actually work — and we stay to run it.Read our story
04 — Common questions
The things everyone asks on the first call.
Answered here so you don’t have to book a meeting to find out. Anything not covered, ask us directly — we’ll give you a straight answer before you’ve spent a rupee.
01How do you price a project?
We quote a fixed price after the discovery phase, once we understand the scope well enough to stand behind a number. No hourly meters, no surprise line items. If the scope changes mid-build, we re-quote that change before any work starts on it.
02How long does a build take?
It depends on scope, but you never wait in the dark to find out. We work in weekly sprints and put a working staging link in your hands every Friday, so you can see progress accumulating from the first week rather than at a launch date months away.
03What happens after launch?
We keep running it. Every system we ship comes with monitoring, a support agreement and a shared roadmap — 100% of what we build, we keep supporting. Launch is the halfway mark, not the handoff.
04Do we own the code?
Yes, entirely. You get the full source, the infrastructure accounts and the documentation. There is no proprietary layer holding your system hostage and no lock-in that makes leaving us expensive. We would rather you stay because the work is good.
05Can you work with our existing system?
Usually, yes. A lot of our work is modernising or extending something that already exists rather than starting over. We will audit what you have and tell you honestly which parts are worth keeping and which are costing you more than a rebuild would.
06Do you work with clients outside Surat?
Yes. We are based in Surat, Gujarat and work remotely with clients elsewhere in India and abroad. Weekly demos, shared roadmaps and written decisions mean distance has not been the thing that makes or breaks an engagement.
Have a project in mind? Let’s talk.
Tell us what you’re building, or what isn’t working right now. Within one business day you’ll hear back from us with real questions, a first read on it, and a fixed quote.
